How to pay for an order:

Payment can be made via Paypal, or direct deposit to our bank.

Postage charges:

Postage is via express post free of charge within Australia.

Delivery time of order:  

Delivery is between 2 -7 days, depending on your location in Australia.

Exchange Policy:

We will exchange a product if it does not fit, for another size of the same style or a different style altogether.  You MUST email us within 4 days of receiving the product.  You will also be required to pay a restocking fee of $40AUD.

There are No Refunds or exchanges on any sale item.

Exchange Proceedure:

Product must be returned with the original swing tag still attached.

Must not be stained, marked or any threads pulled, or broken zips.

Free from make up and odours.

Must not be worn or washed.
